VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Epilation

Introduction

Electrical epilation is a medically approved method of permanent hair removal. It is a skill that requires time to master. (However if you are prepared to reach a little way beyond the psychological barrier and join those of us who are able to beat nature and see your client’s confidence blossom). This is one treatment that CAN and DOES make a difference. Our Academy is able to offer you the advantage of one to one tuition for the theoretical and practical application of electrolysis in a personalised programme of training under the professional guidance of Cheryl Cole.

Modules

• VR29 Prepare for and provide diathermy needle epilation.
• VR31 Prepare for and provide galvanic/high frequency ‘blend’ epilation.

Delivery

10 days including assessment and portfolio building.
Course Fee £1350.

Additional Information

The course is arranged over ten days of intensive study and assessment. Due to the necessity of skill required in Electrical Epilation the course is arranged with home study breaks between the tuition to allow for the maximum to be gained by you from each of our sessions.

In addition you will need to complete case studies in your own time to cover the module ranges and to assist with the learning of your routines. Some theoretical assignments and collection of evidence will be required. On occasions you may be required to provide models to complete ranges; however we do endeavour to provide models for you from our client base.

Due to the professional nature of our courses you would be required to wear Salon Uniform, as required by our industry, and you will also need to purchase your own preparations and small tools in order to practise routines at home. Kits are available upon request. Otherwise everything required to conduct the treatments will be provided whilst on the course.

All external examination fees are in addition to the course fee advertised.
